Zonixx Global: Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all Zonixx platforms and services.
1. Preamble & Acceptance
1.1 About Zonixx
Zonixx Global (“Zonixx,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a business name registered under Vinixx Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of the Vinixx Group of Companies, duly incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We operate Zonixx.ng, App.Zonixx.ng, and related platforms offering digital financial and lifestyle services including gift card trading, bill payments, digital wallet transfers, event hosting, and reward programs.
1.2 Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between Zonixx and any person or entity (“User,” “you,” or “your”) who accesses, registers, or transacts on our Platform. By creating an account, completing a transaction, or using any part of Zonixx services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any service-specific policies we publish from time to time.
1.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you act on behalf of an organisation or business, you confirm you are authorised to represent that entity.
1.4 Updates
Zonixx may revise these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Definitions
- Account – your personal or business profile on Zonixx.
- Services – any digital or financial features provided on Zonixx, including gift card exchange, bill payment, event hosting, and lifestyle programs.
- Wallet – the secure digital account within Zonixx used to hold or transfer funds.
- Organiser – a user who creates or manages an event or promotion on Zonixx.
- Participant – a user who joins or interacts with a hosted event or activity.
- Transaction – any payment, withdrawal, or exchange made on the platform.
- Service Fee – the percentage or fixed charge applied to each transaction as platform commission.
- Business Day – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Nigeria.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use Zonixx services, users must:
- Provide accurate personal information including full name, phone number, and valid email.
- Complete KYC verification where applicable (BVN, NIN, or CAC documents).
- Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
- Avoid creating multiple accounts without written consent from Zonixx.
Zonixx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in suspicious activities.
4. Scope of Services
Zonixx provides a unified platform for:
- Gift Card Trading – secure buying and selling of global digital cards.
- Bill Payments – airtime, data, electricity, and subscription settlements.
- Digital Wallets: peer-to-peer transfers and instant balance top-ups.
- Lifestyle Rewards: cashback, loyalty points, and in-app rewards.
- Event Hosting & Voting: tools for contests, promotions, and digital campaigns.
- Ticketing & E-commerce – sale and verification of digital tickets for events.
We partner with authorised third-party processors to handle payments securely and in compliance with Nigerian financial regulations.
5. Fees, Payments & Withdrawals
- Zonixx charges a service fee displayed at checkout or within the app dashboard.
- Payment gateway charges (e.g., Paystack, Monnify) may apply.
- Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 Business Days after request, subject to KYC verification.
- Transactions are final once confirmed unless refunded under approved circumstances.
- All amounts are settled in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise indicated.
6. Refunds & Dispute Resolution
Refunds are only processed if:
- A transaction fails but was debited from your account.
- The service or value was not delivered as confirmed by Zonixx support.
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours via support@zonixx.ng or the in-app help center.
Disputes unresolved within 7 business days may proceed to arbitration under Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC) rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All Zonixx platform designs, code, graphics, and content belong to Vinixx Group or its licensors.
Users retain rights to their uploaded content (e.g., event images, brand logos) but grant Zonixx a licence to display and promote them within the platform.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or resale of any Zonixx property is strictly prohibited.
8. Data Protection & Security
Zonixx complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other relevant privacy laws.
We use secure encryption (256-bit TLS) and PCI-DSS-certified gateways.
User data is stored only for lawful purposes such as service delivery, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not:
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or card theft.
- Upload illegal, hateful, or adult content.
- Manipulate votes or payment systems.
- Use Zonixx for unapproved fundraising or cryptocurrency exchange.
Zonixx reserves the right to suspend or terminate violators immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
Zonixx operates “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific earnings.
Our total liability in any claim will not exceed the total service fees paid to Zonixx within the previous 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or reputational damages.
11. Force Majeure
Zonixx is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control such as power outages, internet disruptions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian law, with Lagos State as the preferred jurisdiction unless arbitration is agreed.
